A Hotel

酒店本身是法式的，很優雅，房間裏該有的都有，就是小了點，住了一個晚上以後工作人員幫忙打掃得很整潔乾淨，服務都還挺好的，尤其是一個小姐姐，可以幫忙寄存行李，很滿意

In December 2024 I took a trip through Argentina and I stayed at this hotel both at the beginning and at the end of the tour. The hotel is located in the heart of the neighborhood of Recoleta, one of the most elegant and safe areas of Buenos Aires. It is just a short walk away from Avenida Santa Fe, one of the most important avenues in Buenos Aires, where you can find anything you need. The staff at the hotel is super nice and helpful. At my arrival, as my flight landed in Buenos Aires at 5 am, they let me check in early and even upgraded my room for free. The room was very quiet and large, the bed really comfortable, the bathroom looked renovated. So everything was great for me. Perhaps, a few more sockets to charge your devices may help. When I checked out after my first stay, I forgot my jacket in my room. The staff was super nice to keep it for me and they returned it when I got back ten days later.

Days Inn Flint Michigan Airport, Austens Parkway. This the worst dump I have seen in my travels around North America. Dirty, holes in walls, missing furniture etc. I moved rooms once ( at least the bed was made in the second one) and would have moved on completely except it was late and the temperature outdoors was -18F. Wyndam Resorts offered me some Wyndham Resort points as compensation. As if I would ever stay at a Wyndham property again. Note-it is a 10 minute drive on I75 to the airport.

The rooms are nice and clean but the amenities are poor for the price. The managemant staff is exceedingly rude and unsympathetic to problems. I was the water park getting onto a tube ride and while helping me into the tube the my hand slipped out of the attendents hand and I fell backwards hitting my lower back on the cement steps. I was is extreme agony and could barely breathe. I didn't know it at the time but I had broken a bone in my back. The attendent asked me if I could walk down the 5 flights of stairs and I told him I could barely move. He said the oly way down then is in the tube on the ride which I was forced to do. It was excruciating. At the bottom of the ride I told that attendent what happened and he told me to go to the health center in the hotel. He should have called security to help me back to the hotel. My daughter slowly helped me back to the hotel. I was told to file a report with security who took me to the clinic in the hotel. I thought they would have someone look at it especially since they were partially responsible, but I was told I could either pay by credit card or charge the visit to my room. I was supposed to stay 2 more days but decided to leave a day early to be examined back in the US at a doctor I knew. They would not refund the last day of my stay but had the nerve to offer me a "late checkout" for a day that was already paid for. To add insult to injury they overcharged me $50/day which I luckily caught before I left. They explained that when the census of the hotel goes up the computer automatically raise the rates, despie the fact that my room confirmation had a different rate. So if you go to the Hyatt go over your final bill very carefully.

If you want 5 Star then stay here at the Harbour Hotel Southampton, lovely staff, great rooms and wonderful food. Even when they were busy the service was great and delivered professionally really impressed, thank you.

Hotel room was clean but the rest of the hotel minus lobby and eating area in desperate need of repairs. Pool not cleaned in a very long time visible grime on bottom of pool, exercise room had visible mold growing on walls horrible smell, Wi-Fi didn’t work. Part of hotel not in use but easily assessable for one room on bottom floor missing window allowing anyone to come into hotel. Will never stay here again online description deceiving shows older photos when hotel was Ramada inn. Landscaping overgrown, building itself on the outside needs a lot of repairs.
